1. About MediPilot
MediPilot is a medication management and compliance platform designed for NDIS providers and support organisations.
References to “MediPilot”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to MediPilot and its operators.
2. Eligibility
By using MediPilot, you confirm that:

5. Medical & Compliance Disclaimer
MediPilot is designed to assist organisations with medication management and compliance workflows.
MediPilot does not provide:

Medical advice

Clinical diagnosis

Emergency services
-
Professional healthcare recommendations
Users and organisations remain fully responsible for:

Medication administration practices
-
Clinical decisions
-
Compliance with NDIS standards and applicable laws

Accuracy of records entered into the platform
MediPilot should not replace professional judgement or internal organisational procedures.
6. Data & Responsibility
You retain ownership of the data you upload or enter into MediPilot.
You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have lawful authority to store and manage participant information

Maintaining accurate records

Managing user permissions within your organisation

Complying with privacy and health information laws
We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Subscription & Billing
Certain features of MediPilot may require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you agree that:

Subscription fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated

Fees may change with reasonable notice

Failure to pay may result in restricted access or suspension
Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
8. Trial Periods

At the end of the trial, continued access may require a paid subscription.
9. Service Availability

10. Intellectual Property
All MediPilot branding, software, content, logos, designs, and intellectual property remain the property of MediPilot unless otherwise stated.

Reproduce or distribute platform content without permission

Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the software

Use MediPilot branding without written approval
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation or error-free functionality

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect data entry, user error, or misuse of the platform

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MediPilot, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

13. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising from the use of MediPilot will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
